White Feather Reentry

Clean & Sober Shared Living

Sponsorship If you could see the smiles on the faces of our new residents when they are handed a bag, you would understanding why this program is so important. They really appreciate the little things in life that we all take for granted.
Sponsorship includes personal communication and encouragement to one or more individuals living at White Feather Reentry houses. Some of the local churches are currently sponsoring individuals. We always have a need for more church as well as individual sponsors. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for a released prisoner, contact Lesta Rogers.
Volunteering
Volunteers help us to keep our operating costs down and gives them a chance to give back to the communities. If you would like to volunteer your services to help with our houses or the residents, please contact Lesta Rogers.
Donations
Money Contributions ---
Money donations of any amount will be used to help us keep this housing program going. Please send your personal or business checks to the mailing address listed under Contact Us. If you are donating money to be used solely for the freedom bags, please write "Freedom Bags" on the check, otherwise the money will be used where it is needed most to help these men.
Material Contributions ---
We are always in need of furniture in good condition. Items such as bunk beds, single beds, bed lamps, chest of drawers, and TVs helps furnish the rooms. Other items such as towels, wash cloths, bed sheets, etc. are always welcome donations. We may use some of the more personal items for the Freedom Bags.
If you have items to donate or a question please click on the Contact Us tab for our contact information.
The Freedom Bag
Most of our incoming residents come to us with little to none in the way of personal items. Freedom bags are given to new residents as they move into our houses.
Volunteers are needed to put the bags together.
These bags contain various essentials such as:
